  脊骨煲山药

  

  材料:猪脊骨、山药、胡萝卜、蜜枣、姜片

  做法:

  1、将猪脊骨在煮开的热水中烫3分钟左右飞血水捞出,用凉水冲洗干净.

  2、电锅内放入猪脊骨,红萝卜,蜜枣,姜片.放水至电锅的极限水位.(约是电锅的3/4高度)按下煮饭按钮开始煲 煮.

  3、煲至水剩下一半的时侯放入山药继续煮,煮至剩下5饭碗水的时侯即可放入盐,味精调味起锅.
