  山药粥

  

  材料:白米1杯,紫山药600克调味料水10杯,白砂糖1杯

  做法:

  1、白米洗净,加水10杯浸泡20分钟,移到炉火上煮开,改小火熬粥。

  2、紫山药削皮、洗净、切丁,加入粥内同煮至熟软时,加糖调味,即可盛出食用。
