  红豆黑米粥

  

  材料:红豆,黑米,花生,红枣,红糖

  做法:

  1、将红豆洗净浸泡30分钟,黑米浸泡1个小时;

  2、将花生红枣洗净,备用;

  3、将红豆、花生、红枣、黑米放入锅中加水,用高压锅压半小时。

  ps:注重品质的美眉可以用砂锅煲上一个钟,加入红糖,每个月喝上那么几天,保证皮肤美美的。
