5款红薯美食,苗条身材吃出来!

   咸味红薯饭

  材料:红薯1斤、米半斤、葱屑2大匙、油1匙、盐1/2大匙。

  做法:

  1.红薯洗净、切成块状,沥干水份;

  2.在炒锅里加入油,把红薯放在锅里翻炒至香加入盐;

  3.再加入适当的水,然后把米饭倒在红薯上,小火焖熟即可。
