   红薯泥

  材料:红薯500克,猪油25克。

  做法:

  1.选红心红薯洗净、去皮,上笼蒸或煮熟,取出压成泥;

  2.锅内下油烧热、放入苕泥,翻炒至水汽将干时,再加油继续炒至苕泥呈鱼子状时,快速炒匀即成。
