引爆味蕾的10款鱼肉大餐

 孜然香酥小鲫鱼
 

  原料:

  小鲫鱼,盐适量,料酒2大勺,姜1大块,蒜瓣5颗,辣椒粉适量,孜然粉1大勺,葱花

  做法:

  1.小鲫鱼先清理干净,再用盐,料酒腌一小时,不时翻动腌匀;

  2.蒜瓣剁末,姜切厚片;

  3.坐锅烧油到六成热,分两次将鱼放入开始炸,姜片一起炸,转小火慢慢炸至鲫鱼金黄酥脆捞出;

  4.洗干净锅子烧少许油,下蒜末、辣椒粉小火煸香,喷酱油,加少许水调成汁,淋蚝油撒鸡精收汁,倒入炸好的鲫鱼,撒孜然粉拌匀撒葱花就完成了.
