　　油爆墨鱼

 

　　原料:

　　墨鱼，油，姜，蒜，料酒，生抽，胡椒粉，葱

　　做法:

　　1.墨鱼拿来油爆吧。将墨鱼去肚洗净切花刀汆水。

　　2.起油锅，爆香姜蒜，下墨鱼煸炒，再加些料酒、生抽、胡椒粉、葱段调味就好了
