润燥防便秘 红薯的7种做法

  红薯饼

  材料:糯米粉,水,红薯

  做法:

  1.将红薯洗净切小块上锅蒸熟取出;

  2.用小勺将红薯按成泥;

  3.将糯米粉与红薯泥混合,加适量的水揉成光滑面团;

  4.煎锅里放少量油,红薯面团捏成一个个小饼形状,煎熟即可.
