润燥防便秘 红薯的7种做法

  红薯发糕

  材料:面粉100克,红薯50克,酵母2克,糖一勺,小苏打1/4小勺,水适量

  做法:

  1.红薯煮烂捣成泥;

  2.酵母溶于水中,静置5分钟;

  3.红薯泥、面粉、糖、酵母水混合成稠些的面糊;

  4.发酵到两倍大;

  5.小苏打溶于一勺水中;

  6.倒于发酵好的面糊中,混合均匀;

  7.再次发酵到2倍大;

  8.容器内抹少许油,倒入7,微波炉中火5分钟。
