   干贝鸡肉粥

  材料:

  主料:籼米100克,辅料:干贝25克,鸡肉50克,荸荠50克,鲜香菇50克,调料:猪油5克,料酒10克,盐2克,大葱3克,姜2克,胡椒粉1克

  做法:

  1. 将干贝洗净,撕碎;

  2. 鸡肉洗净切丝,两者一起放入盘内;

  3. 加入料酒,上蒸锅蒸至烂熟;

  4. 籼米洗净,用冷水浸泡1小时,捞出,沥干水分;

  5. 香菇泡发回软,去蒂,洗净,切小丁;

  6. 荸荠剥皮洗净,也切成小丁;

  7. 葱、姜洗净分别切末备用;

  8. 锅中加入约1500毫升冷水,把籼米放入,先用旺火烧沸;

  9. 放入香菇丁、荸荠丁、干贝和鸡肉丝,然后改用小火熬煮;

  10. 粥将成时放入盐、猪油、葱末、姜末、胡椒粉,再稍煮片刻,即可盛起食用。
