   鸡肉杂蔬汤

  材料:鸡肉、洋葱、卷心菜、胡萝卜、土豆、西芹、黄油、百里香、玉桂叶、蒜泥、鸡汤、盐、胡椒

  做法:

  1、将鸡肉煮熟,切成粒;洋葱等蔬菜亦切成相同大小的片或粒。

  2、用黄油炒香洋葱、蒜泥,加入百里香、玉桂叶一同翻炒,再投入各种蔬菜粒,炒匀后加入鸡肉粒和鸡汤。

  3、汤烧滚后改用小火煨烧约1小时,加入盐、胡椒调味即可。
