　　 鸡肉蔬菜沙拉

　　材料:

　　蔬菜：新鲜苦菊，小番茄（红黄两色），紫甘蓝，沙拉酱

　　配料：鸡胸肉……1片（用刀背敲松）

　　做法：

　　所有蔬菜洗净，沥干水分，黄番茄每颗切成1/4瓣，红番茄剁碎，紫甘蓝切细丝，苦菊自然分开；煎熟的鸡胸肉切成小块，装盘后，淋上沙拉酱~
