　　 鸡肉卷

　　材料：鸡肉、鸡蛋、木耳、芦笋、葱、姜。

　　调味料：盐、鸡精、胡椒粉、料酒、糖、香油。

　　做法:

　　1、鸡肉剁成泥，加盐、鸡精、胡椒粉、料酒，鸡蛋清和糖搅拌上劲后再加入香油拌匀。

　　2、木耳、芦笋切碎粒，拌入做法（1）。

　　3、鸡蛋摊成蛋饼。

　　4、在每张蛋饼中放入肉馅，卷起，用面糊封口。

　　5、上笼蒸二十分钟，取出改刀成片即成。
