   红酒烩鸡肉

  主料:鸡胸肉500g,蒜1瓣,大葱1小段,培根150g,小洋葱15个,蘑菇200g油2大匙,黄油2大匙,盐适量,胡椒适量

  调料:番茄酱100ml,红酒400ml,鸡汤300ml,混合香草1束 ,黄油1大匙,盐半小匙,糖1小匙

  做法:

  1、鸡肉切成小块,撒上盐、胡椒,拍上小麦粉,用平底锅加1大匙油、2大匙黄油将鸡肉煎上色.

  2、另用锅加1匙油,炒香洋葱末和蒜片,加入1)中,加上a)的调料,中火煮15―20分钟.

  3、加入培根、小洋葱、蘑菇煮10分钟.

  4、捞出鸡肉,再煮10分钟,用盐、胡椒调味,再放入鸡肉拌匀即可
