   鸡肉饭

  材料:

  鸡大腿1只,葱3根,姜片5片,蒜头5瓣,蒜香卤肉汁500㏄,八角1颗,白饭1碗

  做法:

  1.将鸡大腿按摩松弛肌肉,入滚水汆烫后捞起,放入冰水洗净;葱切段;姜片洗净拍碎;蒜头去皮洗净,拍碎备用。

  2.锅烧热后倒入蒜香卤肉汁,放入作法1的材料与八角,以大火煮滚后,转小火卤15分钟熄火,再焖20分钟后待凉,将鸡腿取出,剥成细丝。

  3.将鸡丝放在白饭上,再淋上作法2的卤肉汁即是一碗鸡肉饭。
