"蟹蟹"你的爱—螃蟹的8种做法

  葱姜炒蟹

  

  食材:蟹 葱 姜 蒜 油 盐

  做法:

  1、揭开蟹壳;

  2、蟹壳从嘴部那里轻轻掰掉,顺手一拉,拉出蟹的内脏留蟹膏;

  3、去掉蟹腮;

  4、去掉两个大钳子;

  5、用手去掉爪尖;

  6、把蟹全部分成蟹壳,蟹脚,蟹身三部份;

  7、葱蒜切末,姜切丝;

  8、炒锅下油,爆香蒜末姜丝;

  9、下蟹脚和蟹身;

  10、不停的翻炒至变色;

  11、下香葱末;

  12、加适量的盐,翻炒均匀;

  13、沿锅边下小半碗水;

  14、摆上带有蟹膏的壳;

  15、盖盖煮至蟹肉熟透后出锅。
