  吃蟹是一种季节性的享受,唐代诗人李白曾赞道:“蟹螯即金液,糟丘是蓬莱。且须饮美酒,乘月醉高台”,饕客们怎可错过这个大快朵颐的好时机,这不吃蟹的季节又到了!俗语说:“秋风起,蟹脚痒,九月圆脐十月尖。”九月要食雌蟹,这时雌蟹黄满肉厚;十月要吃雄蟹,这时雄蟹蟹脐呈尖形,膏足肉坚,有关蟹的饮食文化又成为了大家的话题。今年由于天气的原因蟹儿们纷纷晚熟,几近快吃公蟹的时候却能吃到母蟹,无疑也是一种享受呢。下面就让小编献上几款色、香、味兼具的蟹蟹大餐吧!

  菜鸟蒸蟹

  

  主料:螃蟹、姜、醋、酱油、砂糖

  蒸蟹法:

  水烧至大滚时,将蟹肚朝天放入蒸笼中,上置洗净抹干之紫苏叶,蒸十五到二十分钟

  蘸料做法:

  用一碗半醋,三碗半酱油,六匙砂糖,姜四节剁茸隔水炖二十分钟即可
