  黑木耳炒腐竹

  主料:腐竹200克,黑木耳5朵,蒜2瓣,姜4片,调味料:盐,生抽酱油,糖,胡椒粉,鸡精

  做法:

  1、黑木耳泡发,腐竹用水泡软切段,蒜切片,腐竹放入开水锅煮一分钟,捞出控水;

  2、炒锅加油烧热,下蒜和姜片爆香,加腐竹翻炒一会,加黑木耳,盐,糖,生抽,胡椒粉,鸡精炒匀即可。
