　　糖醋鸭腿

　　

　　材料:鸭腿两个，三勺酱油,两勺料酒,醋.姜几片,盐,白糖适量.

　　做法:

　　1.鸭腿切块,放冷水中烧开,捞起备用.

　　2.把酱油,料酒,姜,盐放砂锅,加点水烧开,放入备用鸭腿.

　　3.小火50分钟后,放两勺醋,一勺白糖,十分钟后即可.
