　　糖醋山药

　　

　　材料:山药（削皮切片放置到清水中），醋，砂糖，盐，蒜片

　　做法:

　　1、热锅凉油，放入蒜片，出香味后，倒入山药片，煸炒。

　　2、煸炒后，倒入醋，烹出醋香味加入砂糖，继续炒。

　　3、如果想吃松软的山药这时加些水，闷煮，根据口感适量加盐，起锅即可。
