8款木耳美食滋阴润肺

  金玉木耳土鸭汤

  材料:土鸭一斤左右、萝卜干、黑木耳小半袋、泡海椒、泡菜水一碗、花椒、干海椒少许、老姜。

  做法:

  1、先将土鸭清洗干净,撒上料酒备用;

  2、木耳用开水发开,萝卜干切成小段待用;

  3、锅中倒入油热至六成后,放少许花椒和干海椒爆香,捞起干海椒后,倒入土鸭大火爆炒五六分钟,盛盘待用;

  4、锅中剩油,下风萝卜和泡海椒、老姜爆炒,出香味后倒入泡菜水 ,待锅中煮沸后再下木耳翻炒五六分钟后,加入适量的水,大火熬制十分钟后,再倒入炒好的土鸭,用砂锅炖至2小时左右即可!
