  黑木耳剁椒炒蛋

  

  材料:木耳,糖少许,盐适量,油,剁椒,蛋,葱花

  做法:

  1.木耳用温水充份泡发,剁碎。

  2.蛋加少许糖、适量盐充分打匀。

  3.锅热油,下木耳碎、剁椒炒香,倒入蛋液,转中小火将蛋煎至基本成熟。用铲子将蛋划成小块,再转大火翻炒一会,撒葱花拌匀即可出锅。
