豆腐的7种家常做法

   脆皮豆腐

  原料:豆腐、番茄酱、淀粉、白醋。

  做法:

  1、将豆腐切成5cm见方的大块,切的时候力度要柔一些,不要切碎了;

  2、将切好的豆腐放入装有干淀粉的盘中,用手去翻拍豆腐,使淀粉均匀地裹住豆腐;

  3、锅中放多些油,待烧至七成热时,转中火。倒入裹好粉的豆腐块,慢慢炸,待豆腐块炸成金黄色后捞出,沥去油分摆入盘中;

  4、锅中留一点底油,加入番茄酱,加白醋,加点糖;

  5、加入少许的水,待水开就可以勾点欠了。熄火搅动一下,浇在炸好的豆腐上。
