豆腐的7种家常做法

   家常豆腐

  材料:北豆腐、猪瘦肉100克、红椒1根、青椒1根

  豆瓣酱2匙、生抽2匙、料酒2匙、糖1匙、生粉1匙、盐少许、姜、蒜

  做法:

  1、将豆腐切成厚约半厘米,宽约4厘米的片,猪瘦肉切片用生抽、生粉腌制,青红椒切去籽去筋切成菱形;

  2、在锅中倒少许油,将豆腐煎至两面发黄;

  3、炒锅烧热倒油,油烧至5成热时下剁碎的豆瓣酱炒香,下姜片、蒜末炒香;

  4、下肉片炒开,加生抽、料酒;

  5、下煎过的豆腐同炒;

  6、下青红椒同炒,最后加适量盐、糖调味;收汁出锅。
