  正宗新疆凉菜皮辣红

  

  主料:洋葱(皮芽子)半个 辣椒1根 西红柿1个

  配料:醋1汤匙(5ml)盐1/2茶匙(3ml) 糖1/4茶匙(1克) 味精1/4茶匙(1克) 香油1/4茶匙(1ml)

  做法:

  1、将洋葱去掉外皮,切成细丝。辣椒去蒂去籽后,切成细丝。西红柿洗净,对开切成4瓣,用刀片去内心,然后将硬皮部分切成细丝。

  2、将洋葱,辣椒和西红柿丝放入大碗中,调入醋,盐,糖,味精和香油,搅拌均匀即可食用。

  ps:洋葱是降血压的良方哦,这款凉菜绝对推荐给平时爱吃肉肉的同学。
