  丝瓜烩牡蛎

  原料:牡蛎200克丝瓜300克 姜米、葱花、精盐、胡椒粉、湿淀粉、色拉油各适量

  做法:

  1、牡蛎洗净后,用沸水烫一下即捞出;丝瓜刮掉粗皮洗净,切成滚刀片;

  2、净锅上火,放色拉油烧热,投姜米和葱花爆香,放入丝瓜片略炒,即掺适量清水;

  3、下入牡蛎,烧沸后调入精盐、胡椒粉,最后用湿淀粉勾薄芡,起锅装盘即成。
