秋日食牡蛎 滋阴壮阳的性感美食

  蛎黄汤

  主料:鲜牡蛎250g,猪瘦肉100g,姜50g

  做法:

  1、猪肉、牡蛎肉、姜切薄片拌少许淀粉;

  2、锅中加入一碗水姜入锅,煮沸

  3、将猪肉、牡蛎肉片放入锅中煮熟即成。

  4、略加食盐调味,吃肉、饮汤。

  (ps:源于《本草拾遗》。本方取牡蛎肉滋阴补血,以猪瘦肉增强其补益营养作用。用于久病阴血虚亏,体虚少食,营养不良等。 汤味鲜香,牡蛎猪肉嫩滑,口味清淡,不错的饭后汤品 )
