秋日食牡蛎 滋阴壮阳的性感美食

  洋葱牡蛎

  原料:牡蛎300克,洋葱、香菜各少许

  调料:胡椒粉、绍酒、精盐各少许 淡炼乳、淀粉各一大匙,番茄酱三大匙,酱油一小匙,白糖半大匙,精盐少许

  做法:

  1、将牡蛎充分洗净,沥干水分,加精盐与胡椒粉并充分搅拌;

  2、撒上切丝的洋葱,淋入绍酒,罩上微波薄膜或加盖,高火约1.5分钟;

  3、将调料放入深容器中,倒入加盖或罩上微波薄膜,高火2分钟;

  4、取出容器,搅拌均匀后再高火1.5分钟,盛入盘后,再装饰香菜即可。
