　　酒酿炖蛋

　　

　　材料：

　　鸡蛋（推荐鹌鹑蛋。。喵呜就地取材。。枸杞，酒酿，牛奶，蜂蜜（也可红糖）

　　做法：

　　1.滚水，然后打进鸡蛋，枸杞，跟着即可熄火。

　　2.倒入酒酿，牛奶（冷，因为蜂蜜只能用温水泡服，滚水会损失原有营养），放入蜂蜜即可。
