　　桂圆炖蛋

　　

　　材料：

　　鸡蛋4个，清汤3饭碗，去壳纯桂圆肉干2大匙。

　　做法：

　　1.桂圆肉干用温水洗净。

　　2.取4个饭碗，每碗放6－7分满的水及蛋1个，1/4的桂圆肉干，再放入蒸锅中；

　　3.蒸约5－8分钟即可食用，如喜食较甜者的，可事先多加些冰糖。
