  桂圆炖蛋

  

  材料:

  鸡蛋4个,清汤3饭碗,去壳纯桂圆肉干2大匙。

  做法:

  1.桂圆肉干用温水洗净。

  2.取4个饭碗,每碗放6-7分满的水及蛋1个,1/4的桂圆肉干,再放入蒸锅中;

  3.蒸约5-8分钟即可食用,如喜食较甜者的,可事先多加些冰糖。
