　　南瓜茸炖蛋

   

　　

　　材料: 南瓜茸，鸡蛋（2个），椰浆（1/3罐）和细砂糖（3汤匙）。

　　做法:

　　1.将鸡蛋和细砂糖充分拂匀。

　　2.加入椰浆后，轻轻搅匀。

　　3.将南瓜茸加到蛋液中，细致地搅拌均匀。

　　4.将南瓜茸蛋液用筛滤过后，口感会更滑溜。

　　5.把筛滤过的南瓜茸蛋液倒入炖碗内，用中低火在微波炉内叮5分钟至凝固，即可食用。
