   清补利水 冬瓜扁尖老鸭汤

  原料:

  老鸭半只、干扁尖80克、冬瓜200克、咸火腿30克、枸杞1小撮、葱姜适量、盐少许

  做法:

  1、干扁尖提前用冷水浸泡至软,洗净后撕成细长条备用;

  2、鸭子洗净剁块,冷水下锅,焯水后捞出用流动的水冲去浮沫;

  3、汤锅内放开水,将葱姜、火腿片、鸭子放入,再将扁尖和枸杞放入,大火烧开后转小火炖2小时左右(待鸭肉软烂),然后将冬瓜放入,继续炖20分钟,最后加入少许盐调味即可。
