补气养生的9款健康萝卜餐

  白萝卜番茄汤

  原料:

  用料番茄150克,番茄酱150克,白萝卜400克,精盐、味精、猪油、面粉各适量。

  做法:

  1、番茄洗净切小块,白萝卜去皮切细丝。

  2、猪油放人锅内烧热,加面粉搅拌成糊状,再放番茄酱炒匀,待炒出红油时加入萝卜丝翻炒片刻,倒入适量清水,用小火煮10分钟,下番茄块,煮沸后加精盐、味精调味即成。
