　　凉拌茄子

    材料：长茄子两根、香菜几颗、蒜末、盐、醋、红油、鸡精

　　做法：茄子洗净整根蒸熟晾凉撕成小条;香菜洗净切断;最后把所有的材料混在一起拌均即可.

　　贴士:蒸茄子的时候垫上竹帘，可以避免蒸出来的茄子有过多的水分!
