　　酱烧虾

    材料：虾 豆瓣酱 葱

　　做法：虾剪掉须和尖嘴巴，挑去虾线，洗净备用;锅内加油烧热加入豆瓣酱，葱段炒香后把虾扔进去煸炒，煸炒再煸炒，避免糊锅可以略加水，焖一分钟即可出锅了。
