　　凉拌嫩豆腐

    原料：豆腐、生抽、糖、辣油、香油、醋、花生、香菜末、葱花、蒜末

　　做法：

　　1.盒装嫩豆腐一块倒扣入深盘内，2大匙生抽、1小匙糖、1小匙辣油、1小匙香油、(花椒粉可省)、一小匙醋少许搅拌均匀。

　　2.另准备1大匙炸花生去皮压成碎，香菜末、葱花、蒜末随意。所有准备的酱料和配料放入嫩豆腐盘中拌匀即可。
