　　豆豉炒豆角

　　材料：豆豉一汤匙、豬肉适量、豆角适量、油、姜片、生抽、酒、糖、盐

　　做法：

　　1、豆角洗干净，切成1cm小段；猪肉剁成肉碎，加入适量生抽，酒、糖、盐，姜末调匀备用；豆豉切碎；备用

　　2、锅里放入适量的油，烧热后放姜片，炒香后放入豆豉，炒出香味后放入肉碎
