8款家常汤面 温暖滋补"面面俱到"

  四川酸辣面

  材料:酸菜20公克,辣椒2支,花椒1大匙,猪肉丝50公克,牛高汤300㏄,白醋1大匙,辣油1大匙,宽面条1人份,青菜少许

  做法:

  1.酸菜切末,辣椒切片备用。

  2.起油锅,先将花椒爆香后捞除,再放入辣椒片、肉丝、酸菜末炒熟。

  3.倒入高汤,转小火慢煮至酸菜的味道融入汤中,再加入白醋、辣油调味。

  4.另烧一锅水将面与青菜烫熟,沥干摆入碗中,再将作法3的酸辣汤倒入即可。
