  家常木耳肉片

  材料:猪里脊250克,木耳250克,植物油50克,水淀粉20克,生抽一勺,干花椒5克,盐适量

  做法:

  1.将肉洗干净,切成片,和水淀粉、盐搅拌均匀。

  2.干木耳用温水浸泡变软,再撕成小块。

  3.将油烧至7成热,加干花椒爆香。

  4.放入肉片煸炒变色,捞出备用。

  5.锅内放少许油,倒入木耳煸炒。

  6.加入肉片和木耳搅炒均匀,出锅装盘即可。
