　　烩大白菜

　　材料:大白菜 300克，虾米 35克，姜 20克调料淀粉水 2大匙，盐 1/2大匙

　　做法:

　　1、大白菜对半切开。

　　2、去除头梗，剥开叶片，洗净，切片。

　　3、虾米放入温水中泡软，捞出，沥干水分；姜洗净，切片。

　　4、锅中倒1大匙油烧热，爆香姜片、虾米。

　　5、放入大白菜，用中火炒至菜叶变软。

　　6、加入调味料，用大火炒均匀即可。
