白菜的9种做法

  鱼香大白菜

  

  材料:白菜,鱼香调料,茶树菇,葱,姜

  做法:

  1.把白菜切小段,茶树菇用水泡开,稍微搓揉一下;

  2.汤锅里加入高汤和葱、姜一起烧开(没有高汤的可用什么魔厨高汤、鸡精等代替),将白菜段下锅焯一下,断生即可捞出,控干水分备用;

  3.另取一油锅加热,下葱姜末爆香,再加入两茶匙的鱼香酱,加水和茶树菇一起烧至入味;

  4.将汤汁浇在码好的菜上即可。
