　　中医有句话叫“不治已病治未病”，说的就是预防和提早发现疾病苗头。因此，不要等生了病了才想着去医院。

　　如同保养汽车，定期对自己的身体也“保养”一下，最好的方法就是去医院体检，并请医生帮忙分析其中可能存在的问题，将疾病消灭在未发生的时候。
