　　菠菜蒜蘸面

　　

　　材料：菠菜、普通面粉、西红柿、鸡蛋、木耳、黄花、大蒜

　　做法：

　　1、菠菜榨汁，菠菜汁和面，擀成七厘米左右的宽面；

　　2、西红柿和鸡蛋、木耳、黄花一起炒好备用；

　　3、大蒜两头捣成蒜泥，置于大碗中，油烧热浇至蒜上；

　　4、西红柿鸡蛋装入蒜碗中，加上清汤或者开水，加自己喜欢的调料；

　　5、面条装入另外一个碗中，吃时将面条放入汤中过一下，吸足调料和蒜味。
