  杂粮粥

  原料:黑豆14g,黑米14g,小米34g,绿豆34g,红豆34g,薏仁34g,糙米34g,芡实34g

  做法:

  1、将薏仁、芡实等以清水彻底洗净。

  2、泡水,至少泡四个小时,要泡得久,至少要泡4小时。

  加水,大火煮开后,转小火熬煮1.5小时。

  煮好后,加入适量白糖,即可食用,冰镇后口感更佳。
