  蘑菇炒菜心

  

  主料:蘑菇(鲜蘑)200克,小白菜200克

  调料:盐3克,味精2克,黄酒2克,香油3克,色拉油50克

  做法:

  1.将蘑菇洗净,去蒂,入沸水锅中略氽,捞出沥干后对开切;

  2.小白菜去掉外帮取其心洗净后对开切,放入热油锅(加20克油中)加精盐适量,味精少许翻炒熟透,起锅整齐排于盘内;

  3.锅架旺火上加油30克烧热,放入蘑菇煸炒片刻,加入绍酒、剩余精盐、剩余味精烧至入味,淋入麻油,起锅盖在菜心上即成。
