8款营养菜谱战胜流感

  拌胡萝卜丝

  主料:胡萝卜500克

  辅料:香菜50克,调料:辣椒油20克,醋10克,香油10克,盐5克,白砂糖10克

  做法:

  1、胡萝卜去根叶洗净,刮去表面粗皮,切成细丝;

  2、用盐拌匀腌一下,再将盐渍的胡萝卜用清水淘洗,挤去水分,放入碗中;

  3、香菜切末撒在萝卜丝上,再把辣椒油、盐、醋、糖等调料一同倒入碗内拌匀即成。
