　　 凉拌花菜

　　材料:花菜，酱油，辣椒油，糖，花椒粉，鸡精，醋，葱花，姜蒜，花椒，香油

　　做法:

　　1.花菜洗净掰开，姜蒜洗净拍碎。

　　2.烧一锅开水，放入花菜焯水2分钟，捞出放入冷开水中浸泡，捞起沥干水分。

　　3.放一大碗中。将姜蒜，糖，醋，酱油，辣椒油，花椒粉，鸡精，调入拌匀静止一小时，撒上香油、葱花即可。
