  酱汤拉面

  主料:拉面150克,用来做高汤和鳀鱼5条,海带(10cm见方)、角瓜1/4个,土豆1/2个,胡萝卜1/4个,鸡蛋1个,汤酱油1大匙,清酒1/2大匙,精盐、食用油各少许

  做法:

  1、开水中加少许精盐和食用油,下面煮至透明。捞出过凉水,分成几分,放在筛子上;

  2、锅内倒入5杯水,放入鳀鱼和海带用小火煮开。做成鳀鱼高汤后,捞出鳀鱼和海带;

  3、鳀鱼高汤用酱油和精盐调味,放入角瓜丝、土豆丝、胡萝卜丝慢慢煮。蔬菜煮熟后,打入鸡蛋,再放入蒜泥和清酒;

  4、面条盛碗,倒入热腾腾的汤,搭配调味酱上桌即成。
