因工作需要，杨晓和同志提出辞去副主席职务申请。依照《中国人民政治协商会议章程》及有关规定，政协第八届海南省委员会常务委员会第二十一次会议决定：接受杨晓和同志辞去政协第八届海南省委员会副主席职务，报全体会议备案。
